The Premium Room with Jacuzzi is the room our guests come back for. 225 square feet, a king bed dressed in plush linen, and an in-room jacuzzi that turns Dalhousie's cold mountain air into the best part of an evening. Sink into warm water; watch the Himalayan valley stretch out beyond the balcony. There is no better way to end a day on the Mall Road than this.
Two of these rooms exist at Akasa, and both are usually booked out first. Couples on anniversaries, photographers chasing the alpenglow, anyone who wants the pampering — they ask for this category. The bedroom and the jacuzzi share the same big window, so the view doesn't end when the bath does. Underfloor warmth in winter; no compromise in summer.
Inside: a 55″ Smart TV (sign in to your own services), a proper work desk, central heating that runs reliably, daily housekeeping with fresh towels (and extras for the jacuzzi), kettle with chai and coffee sachets, mineral water topped up, hot-water shower as a separate stall. The room sleeps three; the third bed is added on request.
